In an exclusive interview, a 25-year-old clerk who wished to be known only as Wong said her brother, aged 23, was asked by a friend to join a luxury car theft ring. She revealed that her brother, who was married with two children, was now addicted to ice and controlled by the ring.
“He told us that he did not earn much from the work but one of the masterminds, a lady, provided him the drug for free and, sometimes, pretty girls to satisfy his sexual needs,” she said.
“According to my brother, he and his friends enjoy stealing luxury cars,” she said.
