Imagine the government giving out money to companies who can find the most numbers of employees to sign up to this programme. No prostitutions or paid sex during the year end celebrations. Apparently in a alcohol and sex crazy nation like South Korea, it is alright for males to bond using both alcohol and paid sex. The government is hoping that this current campaign will reduce the incident and hopefully wipe out this practice which has been on going for a while.

Really now, what if these people abstained and then use the prize money later for this purpose. Wouldn’t that defeat the purpose already? Rather interesting don’t you think?
