This is a really sickening piece of news, one which I would rather not see or read. What are really on the minds of some teachers when they conduct such punishments is totally unbelievable. Isn’t there a person with a sane head in that particular school?

Why on earth would you lift the skirts of girls up when that could have easily constituted a sexual molestation. It is really beyond me. Nevermind if one silly girl who cannot learn about proper hygiene methods that would lead to an entire school being punished.
